Korean TV and Film: What to Expect in 2022

While this year, our attention was diverted towards a fairly different subject at a famous awards ceremony, in 2019, it was the movie Parasite making headlines. The film was the first non-English language film to win the Best Picture category at the Academy Awards ceremony, alongside awards for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay. By the end of the year, there were few people who hadn’t watched Parasite and fewer who weren’t blown away by it.
