In one of his latest Twitter posts, the Marvel and DC director has been discussing his last Marvel movie, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and how there was one character in particular that could have caused some problems for the movie’s plotline as Marvel Studios didn’t own the rights to him until the last couple of weeks before shooting on the movie began. Who was that character? It was Ego the Living Planet, who formed a pretty central part of the movie’s storyline around Peter “Star-Lord” Quill’s parentage.
